Throughout the United States, NAMI has trained thousands of volunteers to lead support groups for peers (people who live with mental health conditions) and family members (loved ones of people who live with mental health conditions). With a unique understanding of mental health through lived experience, our Tallahassee volunteers, in both the peer and family settings, give a new and supportive perspective on widely stigmatized challenges that many of us never thought we would face.
Our mental health support groups provide outstanding FREE education, skills, training, and support. Keep reading to see the support groups we have to offer.
